Hello together,
as our dear roommate Ben moves to study, we are looking for a new room for our 15 sqm room, which is released from 01.01.25.
In our apartment there is a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a common kitchen, equipped with washing machine, smoothie mixer, microwave, induction cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer and many more.
For our 3 WG we are looking for a sympathetic roommate at the age of 18-30, who is not only looking for a purpose WG, but is also happy to have for joint activities.
We like to go shopping second-hand together,
make sports or visit exhibitions,
Moreover, it is nice to cook together, to have a little chat (over bigger or smaller things of life) or also to let the evening end with a few beers or wine.
We hope that you will also be delighted with something in common!:)
The location is absolutely top and central, 1 minute walk to the metro stop Bihlplatz. By train only 5 minutes to the center of Stuttgart and within walking distance to Marienplatz. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, weekly markets etc. are numerous in the area.
In the house there are three more WGs with which we understand well and in front of the house there is a 7 WG, so it never gets boring and you always have someone to talk.
By public transport (Erwin Schöttle Platz), but also on foot or bike you are quickly in the center of Stuttgart. On foot there are 8 minutes to Marienplatz, where there are plenty of shops such as Lidl, Rewe, Naturgut, DM and a variety of cafes and restaurants.
We are Lukas and Georg, Lukas studies at the Abk Kommunikationsdesign and Georg Agrarbiologie at the University of Hohenheim. We like to do something together and there's always something going on, so it's never boring :)
After the motto everything can be nothing, you can retreat as well as you can cook together or play table tennis at Erwin-Schöttle-Platz.
We also like to celebrate (you hopefully also) and especially on weekends the nights will be a little longer :D
With us in the playlist, Techno/Hip Hop often runs more relaxed things like Tame Imapla/Parcels
The neighboring WGs are super relaxed and will be happy to attend together evenings. Especially in the Wg directly over us (3rd Wg) and in the neighboring house (7th Wg) are very great people with whom we also regularly hang out in the shared courtyard or make various activities.
