da wir vom 01.11. 2021 bis 31.01.2022 verreisen, suchen wir für unsere helle, ruhige, möblierte Wohnung eine/einen netten Zwischenmieter. Gerne auch ein Pärchen.
In unserer Wohnung steht ein gemütliches Bett, großes Sofa, Schrank, Kommoden, Tisch, Stuhl, Fernseher, Lampen - also alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin. Schnelles Internet ist vorhanden und ihr habt einen eigenen großen Balkon, sogar mit Hängematte :)
Die Küche hat einen Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Töpfe, Geschirr und mehr. Im Badezimmer ist die Waschmaschine und eine tolle Badewanne zum entspannen.

Hi,
we offer our nice cosy flat from 1st of November 2021 until 31st of January 2022 for single persons or a couple. In our flat is everything you need for a great time in Berlin: bed, couch, wardrobe, dresser, chair, table, flat-tv, fast internet, lamps and also a big balcony. The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove, dishes, dishwasher and cookware.
In the bathroom you have a washing machine and a bathtub to relax from daily routine.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral in Berlin-Friedrichshain, nähe U Bahn Samariter Strasse, S-Bahn Frankfurter Allee und Storkower Strasse (Ring Bahn). Supermärkte sind wenige Gehminuten zu Fuß entfernt wie z.B. Lidl, Edeka und das Ring Center. Der Simon-Dach-Kiez ist in ca. 10 min zu erreichen.

We live very central in Berlin Friedrichshain near to metro station Samariter Straße, Frankfurter Allee and Storkower Straße. 3 min by walk to supermarkets like Lidl, Edeka and Ring-Center. Simon-Dach-Kiez - only about 10 min away!
