I’m subletting my lovely apartment in the Neukölln neighborhood. It’s available from February 21st to February 27th, 2025. The total rent for the whole period is €250 (all included). Short-term sublets will be considered at €45 per night.

The apartment is 53 square meters and includes one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It’s fully furnished and equipped. Located just a 4-minute walk from Rathaus Neukölln and a 7-minute walk from Boddinstraße, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, facing the Hinterhof (courtyard), making it a quiet place to stay.
It’s perfect for a single person or a couple.

This cozy and well-decorated space is situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin, with numerous markets, cafés, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Tempelhofer Feld and Maybachufer are also nearby.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and responsible person who will take care of the apartment and water my plants once every one or two weeks. No smoking, no parties, no pets. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.
