Ich biete mein Zimmer schon ab dem 15.10 bis Ende Dezember zu Zwischenmiete - also würdest du dort wohnen, bis mein Vertrag ausläuft.
Das Zimmer ist auf dem Erdgeschoss, sehr groß, mit Parkettboden, hohe Decken, sehr schön und gemütlich. Im Winter trotz hohe Decken sehr warm.
Ich würde das Zimmer fast unmöbliert übergeben - es bleiben Sofa, ein kleiner Tisch, eine Kommode, eine Kleiderstange an der Wand. Dafür ist aber der Rest des WGs mit allem ausgestattet was man für's Leben braucht.
I am offering my room for sublet starting from October 15th until the end of December, so you would live there until my lease expires. The room is on the ground floor, very large, with parquet flooring, high ceilings, and is both beautiful and cozy. Despite the high ceilings, it stays very warm in winter.
I would hand over the room almost unfurnished — it will have a sofa, a small table, a dresser, and a clothes rack on the wall. However, the rest of the shared apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for daily living.

Es gibt 3 andere Mitbewohner, alle männlich. Alle studieren im Bereich Gaming/Programming. Also falls du dich auch für sowas interessierst, wäre wahrscheinlich super. Es ist eher ein Zweck-WG, aber manchmal kann man schon an der Küchentisch tolle Gespräche haben. Alle sind ziemlich chillige Menschen, die viel in dem eigenen Zimmer sind und zu sich halten. Wir sprechen meistens Englisch, da 2 Mitbewohner nicht Deutsch sprechen können.
There are 3 other roommates, all male. They all study in the field of gaming/programming. So if you're also interested in that, it would probably be great. It's more of a functional shared apartment, but sometimes you can have great conversations at the kitchen table. Everyone is pretty chill, and they spend a lot of time in their own rooms and keep to themselves. We mostly speak English, as two of the roommates don't speak German.
