I am renting my room, which has photos attached, from January 1 to February 20 (Days can be a bit flexible). The room is 17 m2 and has a balcony. It is very bright (basically it is the brightest room that you can find in Berlin) with an open sky view. It is a cosy, peaceful space that makes the resident feel very good, I hope it will be the same for you.
We have a large kitchen as a common area at home. Every kind of household equipment is available.
It has a very central location. Almost every kind of supermarket chains (Lidl, Netto, Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland and Aldi), international markets, Spätis, and restaurants are within walking distance.
U7 and U8 Bahn are just 5-6 minutes away.
One of the flatmates is German (musician) and the other is Turkish (movie-maker). Thus, three languages are spoken fluently.
They are both positive, helpful and friendly people. I was the newest in the apartment when I moved in and I can say they were very supportive during my early days in the city and I immediately started to feel home (a single teardrop).
I kindly ask 100 Euros deposit for my furniture at the beginning.

ps1. Our kitchen and bathroom are quite nice and large, but in order to respect the privacy of my roommates, I don't attach their pictures. You will see them anyway ;)
