2.5 rooms in the heart of Neukölln

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen U Karl-Marx-Straße und U Rathaus Neukölln in einer Seitenstraße. Zu beiden U-Bahnhöfen, wo die U7 fährt, sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und an der Sonnenallee fahren mehrere Buslinien. Die Lage zwischen Wasser, Schillerkiez und Rixdorf ist perfekt, es gibt zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parks etc. zu entdecken.

The apartment lies between U Karl-Marx-Straße and U Rathaus Neukölln in a side street. It takes 5 minutes by foot to both U-Bahn Stations, where you can get on the U7. There are also several bus stops on Sonnenallee. The location between the water, Schillerkiez and Rixdorf is perfect, there are countless bars, restaurants, cafés, stores, parks etc. to discover.

Keine Parties, leider keine Anmeldung möglich und Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt! :)
Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn du dich in der Zeit um unsere Pflanzen kümmern könntest - dafür hast du es dann auch schön grün!

Bitte erzähl kurz ein wenig zu dir, wir möchten die Wohnung in liebevolle Hände abgeben und dafür wäre es schön, wenn man sich etwas kennenlernen konnte.

Also it would be great if you could take care of our plants during your stay - in return you get some lovely green flatmates!
