Hello! We are a group of internationals looking for a new flat mate in Charlottenburg from the 1st of February, close to the TU university.
Ideal flatmate: Female, between the ages indicated, looking to stay long term (at least 1 year)
The room is UNFURNISHED AND YOU NEED YOUR OWN FURNITURE, the apartment is shared with 4 other flatmates and 3 cats. Rent is 650 euros a month, with a deposit of 650 euros, and a commission of 650 euros as per the landlord (paid to the landlord)
Facilities include 2 toilets (1 for males and the other for females), 1 bathroom, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, and a freezer.
The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, 5 minutes away from the Dovebrucke and Guerickstrasse bus stops. It is also a 10 minute walk from U Ersnt Reuter Platz and a 15 minute walk from S Tiergarten & U Richard Wagner Platz, and a 20 minute walk from S+U Zoologischer Garten
You will share the apartment with 4 other people - 1 females and 3 males from diverse backgrounds. We take turns cleaning and aim to maintain keep the apartment as clean and maintained as it can be. We sometimes spend time together in and out the flat but also value our alone time.
We speak several languages including English, German, and Dutch.
