The room is erdegeschoss but there is absolutely no reason to have any concerns about safety, the area is extremely safe and there the window is facing into the back of the building, and if there's any movement at night there is a bright light that automatically comes on. In the summer I even sleep with the window open and I've never had any concerns

The room comes with a bed frame and mattress, as well as a small desk and a chair. It's a well insulated room and I rarely turn the heating on. I also have. bit of furniture which I could sell if youre interested in it

I don't have any pictures yet bc I just really suddenly got offered a new place so I wasn't prepared- I'll upload some as soon as possible.

There's also a large closet in the hall where you can hang a lot of things, and a shoe storage in the hall

Deutsche Oper U2 is 5 minutes walking, and zoologischer garten is 2 stops away from there so getting around the city is pretty good in my experience. the U7 stop bismarkstr is also a 10 minute walk. There are multiple grocery stores within 10 minutes walking, and then the bismarkstr area has a lot of businesses. As well there's lots of nice restaurants and bars on kantstr

The neighbourhood is really nice. its not too much altbau or gorgeous buildings on the street, but if you want that you don't have to walk far. if you enjoy walking or running you can go to the spree and then go in the direction of the Schloss Charlottenburg or Tiergarten and you'll have really nice views and nature there. you can also go directly south for kurfurstenstr

It's a zweck wg with two really nice girls. it's zweck but not at all unfriendly! they are both students

Wir können auch Deutsch, I am just trying to find someone as fast as possible haha. I am somewhat flexible about a move in date but if you are looking for something for after the 10th of April I think that it wouldn't work. Also the landlord is really really nice :D Please tell me about you and hopefully we'll be a match!
