Hallo leute!!
Sunny and self contained room in a large wg. Looking for someone chill and clean while I am back home visiting Australia.
The flat is super spacious at 140 sq m. We have a big kitchen//living room of 52 sq to share (as well as a little balcony) and two bathrooms - one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub. The whole flat is completely renovated and each room has its own underfloor heating system.
The flat is directly located in the heart of Friederichshain, opposite the RAW flea market as well as a short 10 minute walk to the Boxhagener Platz flea market. S-Bahn Warschauer Strasse is a 5 min walk. U1/3 right next to it and the Tram (M10 & M13 lines) is literally rigt outside the door. The Ringbahn is also one stop away.
Restaurants and Bars are literally everywhere around us as well the aformentioned flea markets on the weekend. There are also a lot of great cafes and breakfast places just around the corner.
You will be living with two Germans and one Australian.
Tobi (DE) is a project manager as well as a killer producer and spends most of his working or making music in his room.
Georgia (AUS) works as a bartender and waitress and is always up for a laugh and chat.
Vero (DE) is shortly moving into the flat. She is new to Berlin and is excited to get out and see what the city has to offer.
Mostly everyone has their own schedules but we do like to hang out together from time to time when we are all home. If you prefer to spend most of the time in your room that’s all good too but we appreciate if the shared spaces are kept clean and tidy so everyone’s space is respected.
We don’t have a cleaning schedule but we do all work together to keep the shared spaces clean. We would appreciate if you could share this approach :)
