The room is roughly 15 sqm and includes a bed, shelves, and a clothes rack. It's available for 3 months for now, extension possible.
The warm hardwood floors in the apartment are complemented by bare concrete walls to create a cosy yet unconventional atmosphere. The apartment is quiet, bright and centrally located. It is set in a classic well maintained East Berlin Plattenbau building and you can use the shared hallway, kitchen and bathroom incl. bathtub. Fully furnished incl. kitchenware & cleaning supplies.
Very centrally located at Ostbahnhof, several supermarkets close by, walking distance to East Side Gallery, Warschauer Straße, RAW and numerous clubs.
FLINTA and queer BIPoC preferred. You should be very orderly and clean, otherwise we will not get along. You'll have to clean twice a month (we take turns every week).
I'm into techno, contemporary art, yoga and bouldering.
