My lovely flatmate is leaving at the end of March to move in her own place after 1.5y. Another friend is moving in on the first of May and I am looking to rent the room for April only.
The room might come mostly furnished (tbd with her), pictures speak for themselves. The sofa bed downstairs becomes a doublebed so there are actually 4 spots in case you like to host friends sometimes.
The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and all appliances in common area.
Great location, 1 min walk to M10, 5 min walk to S-bahn and U-bahn Warschauerstr. 10min walk to Boxi, many restaurants/bars and lots of movement. Even though the apartment is on a noisy street you can't really hear any noise since the room is facing the backyard - only birds are tweeting :) Sunlight comes in through the windows in the afternoon. The tree is actually good looking on spring/summer time 😂.
There is a condo rooftop which can be used with warm weather - we host barbecues there sometimes :)

Luca, Italian and 33 yo. I am a product manager (coordinating product design and implementation with tech team) and team lead, working remotely - so I am spending lots of time home (I work from my room only)
I do many sports (climbing, salsa, box, yoga, football, beach volley... ), like doing meditation, cooking, meeting new people, exploring bars, having deep chats but also funny banter like conversations, clubbing sometimes, enjoying trips in the nature and always up to learn something new about many topics from science to psychology, startups to product design and so on.
I like cooking and sharing dinners. Having guests over too, although being the kitchen not the biggest (4 ppl dinner maximum) we sometimes move to my room where there is bit more space since I have a bigger couch. More than happy to share that space with you and your friends to play board games, watch movies (I have a projector), chilling sometimes.
I'd like to find someone I get along with, who ideally
- has a more or less similar sleeping schedule (11ish/7ish)
- is in a similar age range / place in life (working and already living in Berlin)
- values living in a clean place (simply leave things as you find them) we clean once a week
- is up to do things together from time to time but also values his/her own privacy and has his/her own network
- is emotional intelligent, chill and respectful as I am and understands what it means to live with someone else - naturally coming towards each other to respectfully meet our needs. That is also why it is important we are not on opposite sides of the spectrum for many things.
