I'm looking for a new roommate in the heart of Berlin.
Your new, nice and bright room is 14qm and on the north-east side of the building.
It has large windows and parquet floor like the rest of the apartment.
Next to your room is your own bathroom incl. toilette, wash basin and a shower.
The apartment has a big kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a little storage room. We also have a cellar compartment. The kitchen is included in the apartment.
The whole apartment has floor heating.
Currently , I am subletting the apartment for 3 months but there is a possibility to extend the contract as well.
The apartment belongs to a secured housing complex with Edeka, bakery and DHL station. You can easily and securely park your bike here.
The location of the apartment is perfect!
It only takes you 5 minutes to the next tram or underground station (Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz) and it's also close to Torstraße. From there you can go everywhere.
In 5 minutes walk you are in Kollwitzkiez with a lot of restaurants, bars and a farmers market at the weekend.
I'm Richa, 29 years old and living in Berlin for 1 years now.
I am an easy go person who likes to meet friends , go for walk around the city or just chill at home. I also enjoy travelling and going for hike during the weekends.
I'm looking for a roommate who is also fun, clean and responsible . It would be great if we could cook or hang out together sometimes.

The room is available from 1st of December but I will be out in November so I am also open for subletting my room for November.
Right now I have a cleaning lady, who comes every 2nd/3rd week. I would really like to keep her ,45€ per session which we would split (this is optional) .
My roommate will take some of the kitchen stuff and furniture with her. So it's no problem if you bring something or we can also split the cost for furniture. Otherwise I would buy something, which is also totally fine.
The rent is ca. 944€ incl. water, heating, electricity.
