Hey,
we are subletting a room in Kreuzberg 10963, Tempelhofer Ufer 7 from the first of December to the first of January. The room size is approximately 15 m² and the rent is 350 euro. The room is furnished and gives to the main street, which is unfortunately a bit loud with open windows, due to high traffic and subway. You have acces to a big living room with integrated kitchen. We have 2 bathrooms and no pets (but you can have one). We are all smoking everywhere. You have a backyard for bicycles and eventually a bit place in the basement to store stuff. Official registration will not be possible for that short time. Internet works well, since we just renewed the router. I will upload pictures of the room and living room. The room has a bed, shelfs, a desk and place to store your own clothes and stuff.
Looking forward to hear from you!
Location
Our flat is located on Tempelhofer Ufer in the vibrant Kreuzberg neighborhood, close to the canal and a short walk from popular spots like Bergmannkiez and the trendy cafes of Graefekiez. This area is full of life with a diverse mix of restaurants, bars, and cultural spots, making it perfect for students and young professionals.
Shops and Amenities
There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, such as Edeka and Lidl, along with local organic shops and small specialty stores. You’ll also find bakeries, pharmacies, and other essentials within walking distance. For larger shopping needs, the Potsdamer Platz Mall is just a quick bus ride away.
Transportation
The location is very well-connected. The Möckernbrücke U-Bahn station (U1 and U7 lines) is only a 5-minute walk away, offering direct routes across Berlin. Buses and bike lanes are also readily available, making it easy to get to places like Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, and the TU Berlin campus.
So we are doing different stuff from working, not working and studying. We are alternating cleaning shifts each week, so you might need to clean the flat once. We will introduce you to all necessary tasks when you are here. Don't feel obligate to integrate but you can of course. It is important to adopt respectful interactions and we are not tolerating any discrimanitve ideologies.
Looking forward to see you for a short meeting.
Best, UferWG
