My room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk, armchair, and a balkony. Its super cozy and light-flooded (you can of course close the curtains, if you don‘t like the sun that much) - I spent a lot of time designing it. I will empty the wardrobe and shelf and make space for your things.
I will provide you with bed sheets, linen, and towels.
For people with allergies: I have a dog who usually lives with us. He will not be in the flat while I‘m away and I will clean everything thoroughly. However, there might be some allergenes left.
We live in a quiet, nice, and clean area in Berlin.
We have several supermarkets close by (Edeka, Rewe, Aldi).The closest is only 2 min walking distance.
You can also walk to Ringbahn at Bundesplatz (15 min walking distance), U3 at Rüdesheimer Platz (7 min walking distance), and U9 at Friedrich-Wilhelm Platz (10 min walking distance).
There are several bars nearby as well. We really enjoy the area, know our neighbours, and sometimes chill in the backyard of the house.
You will live with my flatmate Anthea, she is in her 30s and works for a union in Berlin. She will usually be at work during the week and enjoy her well deserved weekends at home. She is always up for a chat in the kitchen, but will also give you your space, if needed. You will meet her during the WG casting as well.
We also have a small room, which we‘re using as a guest room, office room, or to dry our clothes. You can use this room as well. Also, your arrival / departure dates are flexibel, as you could just stay in our guest room for a few days, if you arrive before my departure.
We’ll prefer FLINTA people over 25.
However, if you‘re another gender and/or younger, please feel free to reach out as well. In the end, we‘re just looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful person :)
Internationals welcome, we‘re also open for online castings :)
I will be abroad for my Master‘s thesis, and therefore, sublet my room. Anthea and I are very good friends and we spent a lot of time, love, and money to design our beloved flat together.
