Are you a MATURE (23 - 66 year old) roommate wishing to live in my artistic and eclectic 75m2 Altbau~flat (1905) located in Frankfurt´s trendy Nordend??? This home is ideal for short-term stays (1/3 months) ((-or up to 4/6 months for an internship/uni semester)).

Your room is suitable for a clean & tidy professional and open minded roommate (M/F) who will enjoy living here & is used to shared living. It offers lots of comfort and should be seen as an ideal place to stay while seeking for a new flat to move into, or when working/studying for a specific timeframe in this great city.

Wishing to share with a mature professional person who enjoys being surrounded by original artworks, as well as sleeping in a clean bed, while enjoying his/her own space & independence. Plenty of fresh sheets & towels are supplied, as well as the use of useful kitchen appliances and tableware. Parking is rather difficult due to being such a trendy spot, but public transport is SUPER! Trams
12 &18 and buses 30 & 32 are just a block away & there are several supermarkets, cafés, restaurants & parks nearby. Private home insurance/GEZ bills & WLAN Internet fees are also included. Get in touch if you are interested in staying in this home which is certainly not a typical WG in Frankfurt. I often share my spaces with international roommates and can supply plenty of references.

-Spanish, English, French and German are fluently spoken.

-Ideal for short - term stays. Each individual need will be spoken over together beforehand in order to coordinate a personal viewing. ((€200 extra for 2nd person/ max 2 month stay))

The flat is located just three stops away, by bus or trams, so you would be able to reach most necessary connections within a 5 minute ride. There are nice parks, supermarkets, a butcher, restaurants, pizzerias and cafés quite close-by. In other words, most practical needs can be managed easily. There is a Rewe and a bank just across the street. Nearby, there is a friendly butcher and on this block, a Sushi and a Thai restaurant. Two blocks away, two Italian owned pizzerias and an Indian restaurant. Equally nearby, there´s a Penny, a Lidl, 2 other Rewes and a large Aldi. Up the road, a Teegut, another Aldi, a Toom and a Rossmann. Even the Spanish general consulate is across the street: :-))))

Unless (you) or neighbours are unexpectedly loud, the bedroom is the quietest of all spaces here and all duvets and pillows are regularly washed.

The building is quite particular about loud noises on the staircase and also about the sorting of waste, for which there are four seperate bins ( general, plastic, paper & organic). Each will be clearly explained as not all countries deal with waste in the same manner. We don´t need a PhD on that, however. 😂
