The room is sunny, big and practically squared with a balcony overlooking Ehrendfeldgürtel. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, two wardrobes, a night table, a work table and a bookshelf.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neuehrenfeld, a hip and multi-cultural, yet safe and beautiful part of Cologne’s city center. From here everything you might need is a stone throw away. Whether one is looking for quiet solitude or lively inspiration, it can surely be found in a walking distance. Quirky cafés, hidden little parks, supermarkets, late night markets, turkish eateries & all other types of restaurants and bars invite you for a stroll in the quarter‘s various streets and places. There is a friendly, relaxed and easy-going vibe in the whole neighbourhood, which makes discovery walks all the more enjoyable.

The international WG is looking forward to easy going and cheerful as well as respectful manners, and living the values of mutual respect and trust. Cleanliness, openness in the communication about everything concerning mutual co-living aspects, and also the will and interest to co-create the social life in the shared spaces. You will live with Enea (PhD student), Kevin (PhD student), and Juliusz (runs a coffee shop close by). Everyone is quite social but also very busy so there are rarely social activities other than talking over cooking in the evenings or chatting over the ocassional tea/wine.

We are looking for a flatmate that will fit in well with us in terms of schedules, someone that plans on staying for 1+ years and that has the values we mentioned initially. We speak english in common spaces, but depending on who your talking to could also practice your German, Polish or Italian! Please respond to this ad in English or it will be overlooked!

No smoking inside the rooms, only on the balconies.
