If you’re looking for a room in an all international flat then this apartment is perfect for you!

The room is 20 m2 big and has 1 Window (looking into the garden) and is furnished with a bed, desk,closet and night stand. Everything is like new. In general, the rooms offer great natural lighting. The interior details of the flooring and walls give the apartment a nice vintage modern touch.
Theres a garden with chickens that offer a nice country side feeling even though youre so close to the city center, which is hard to find in munich. But dont worry, the housekeeper takes care of them.;)
Im looking for uncomplicated / reliable tenants who willing to create a nice , peaceful living situation with others.
Everything you need in everyday life is very close!
The apartment is a 1 min walking distance to the next bus / 3 min to the light rail station , providing easy access to the city center. Also, the nearest subway station is merely a 12 min walk away and the next supermarket/bakery/restaurant is just around the corner.
There are several different car sharing opportunities on your street, where you can rent a car and pay per minute or KM, with an App (for example www.share-now.com)
Also, if you like nature, the perlacher forst , a huge forest, is just about a 15 minute walking distance.

You would be sharing the apartment 2 other friendly women.
In order to create a peaceful living situation it’s important for everyone to respect one another and the living space. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared but if you perfer to be alone you can always relax in your room. The other apartment in the house consists of three international woman, that are about the same age, who are excited to meet new people and eventually hang out and barbecue in the garden together :)
2 Washers and 2 dryers are in the basement and are shared by the other tenants in the shared apartment on the 2nd floor.
The garden can be shared by everyone and there is even a cute little table and seating area for everyone to use !
KVR registry possible.
