2-Zimmer Wohnung in einer ruhigen Straße in Friedrichshain, 3 Monate Untermiete

Ich werde für knapp 3 Monate auf eine längere Geschäftsreise gehen und möchte meine Wohnung währenddessen untervermieten. Es wäre super, wenn jemand die Zeit nutzen könnte und hier einzieht, während ich weg bin. Die Zweizimmerwohnung ist perfekt für eine Einzelperson (ich wohne hier auch allein), aber man könnte sie auch gut zu zweit als WG nutzen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Hochbett (140 cm) und darunter ein größeres Bett (160 cm). Falls du mit einem Mitbewohner das Zimmer teilen willst, könnten wir das größere Bett ins zweite Zimmer stellen, das aktuell mein Wohnzimmer ist.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt’s eine große Couch (kann man auch super als Gästebett nutzen), einen Beamer mit Soundbar für gemütliche Abende und einen Balkon. Wenn du rauchst, bitte nur auf dem Balkon, nicht in der Wohnung.

Die Miete entspricht genau dem, was ich insgesamt zahle – ich möchte daran nichts verdienen. Ich finde es blöd, mit Wohnraum Profit zu machen. Ich würde nur noch vorschlagen, dass du eine günstige Haftpflichtversicherung abschließt, falls du noch keine hast, einfach um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen. Die Miete und Kaution würde ich gerne im Voraus bekommen. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

I am subletting my flat for just under 3 months while I go on an extended work trip, and I'd love to find a renter to make good use of it while I'm gone. The two room flat is great for a single tenant (I live here alone), but can also be easily arranged for a 2-person flatshare. In the bedroom there is both a 140cm lofted bed and a 160cm bed down below. Should you decide to split the room with a flatmate, we could move the larger bed into the second room which is currently my living room!

The living room has an extra-large couch (which also doubles as a nice bed for guests), a projector and soundbar for your entertainment, and an adjacent balcony. If you smoke, please smoke on the balcony and not in the apartment.

The cost is what I pay in total expenses, so I'm not trying to make a profit on the rental. I don't believe in making money from housing. I would only ask that you additionally get an affordable Haftpflichtversicherung if you don't already have one, just to be safe. I'd expect the rent and the deposit to be paid up front. Unfortunately Anmeldung is not possible.
