Der S-bahnhof Charlottenburg und U-bahnhof Adenauerplatz sind in wenigen Minuten fußlaufig zu erreichen, verschiedene Buslinien liegen noch näher.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die gut und sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht.
Miete inclusive aller Nebenkosten (auch WLAN vorhanden).
Haustiere und Rauchen sind nicht gestattet.
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000€ wird erhoben.
