About the flat

The flat is excellently well-furnished and it is in one of the best neighborhoods of Berlin, in the heart of Prenzlauerberg, very close to Volkspark Friedrichshain. If you fancy living in an excellent street with lots of bars and cafes - yet very very quiet and clean - you'd love this place, as I do. And if you wish to have a walk in Volkspark Friedrischein, it's just a 5 minute walk. Regarding the furniture, you can expect a very nice and comfortable bed and mattress, washing machine, dish washer, ...

The flat has 2 rooms and it is 67m. Anything you possibly need, will be included in the flat so you don't need to bring anything with you.

- Fully furnished kitchen (including a big dishwasher), living room, bedroom, and bathroom
- All of the furniture are new (apart from the antique items and artworks I have collected over years)
- an excellent washing machine and dryer and a new fridge, as well as dishwasher, .... all are there

- clothes hanger and drawer for the bedroom

Who am I looking for

I prefer to rent the flat to one person, but I consider giving it to two persons as well. No pets are allowed and also, smoking is not allowed anywhere in the flat or even near the windows. The flat was freshly painted quite recently.

I am looking for someone (one or two people maximum) highly responsible to take care of the flat and more importantly, someone who can maintain a good relationship with the neighbours and especially my plants! The flat is in a very peaceful building, with extremely quiet and friendly environment. Noise is NOT tolerated.
