I am renting out my beautiful, fully-furnished alt-bau apartment for flexible dates between December 15 to February 15 (some flexibility possible on dates!) located in Kollwitzkiez. The cost listed is for each month and includes everything. The flat includes a large living room, bathroom (with tub/shower), big kitchen, workstation and bedroom. The flat has everything you will need to be comfortable. I also have a good wifi connection - making it a great option if you want to spend time in Berlin for remote work. Suitable for couples!
I would like to ensure that the person/people staying in the space are respectful, and would like to ensure I can meet them in person prior to them staying. If you are interested, please send a message with a bit of information about you. I will happily show folks the space so you also feel comfortable with me.

The apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, right near some of the best restaurants in the area - 2 minutes from the M10, 5 minutes from the U2 (Eberswalder Str), 14 min from the the Ring Bahn (Prenzlauer Allee).
It is across the street from a grocery store, but also has larger grocery stores less than 5 minutes away. You will literally be in the midst of some of the best restaurants in Berlin!
I would prefer to meet the people in person/show them the place before deciding on someone. I do ask that no shoes are worn in the apartment
