This apartment is perfect for a spring getaway in Berlin! Suitable for a single person or couple. It’s got two large rooms (bedroom and living room), super comfy couch n TV, working station (desk, ergonomic chair, 2 screens), full day SUNNY balcony with 2 chairs n a Table, huge wardrobe and a super nice kitchen equipped with EVERYTHING you might need (from coffee machine, to food processor, to air fryer and more). Bathroom with a large bathtub, perfect for bubble baths ;)
I need someone *CLEAN*, reliable and who will take care of my plants!
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Boxhagener Platz, a vibrant area full of cafés, restaurants and Bars! Saturday, Sunday is a regular weekend market at Boxhagener Platz. S bahn station Ostkreuz is a 10 min walk away, which makes you really well connected to the entire city including the airport (20 min FEX train from the airport).
I am looking for someone *responsible* (no party, no smoking except on the balcony), someone who would water my plants and care for my things.
NOTE: 700 Euros is the rent for the available period (5-25 April 2024). The deposit is *non-negotiable*, you will get it back in full if everything is kept in its condition.
