The Apartment is close to the corner Boxhagener Str. / Holteistr: 8 minutes walk from the Ostkreuz Bahnhof station. The Area is really beautiful, with a lot of restaurants, bars, Bäckerei and supermarkets; in 5 minute walk you can be to Boxhagener Platz, where every weekend you can find one of the best food and secondhand markets in Berlin, in 10 minutes you are in the Rummelsburg area, one of the most quiet and cool place for a walk, in 30 minutes walk to the Oberbaumbrücke. Really close to the building door you also have 2 different Tram M13 and 21, and the 240 Bus.

As you can see from the photos, we have a dog [ that is not included in the rental FYI :) ] and although we’ll leave the apartment perfectly clean, we can’t guarantee that if you are allergic to dogs you will not have any problem about that, so keep this in mind.
In our apartment there are a lot of plants, we really love them and we would really appreciate it if you could take care of them for us.
The building rules will be then specified in the contract.
Rent period is fix from September 1st 2024 to February 28th 2025 [6 month] (Possible extension till end of April but TBD)
