My cozy flat will be available for rent starting in 31st of December (flexible) 2024, perfect for a 3-month stay until 31st of March. The rent is 1,000 euros per month.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay, and it’s filled with plants that will appreciate your care while you're here.

Located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and bars to explore, the flat still offers peace and quiet as it’s situated in the building’s back garden, away from street noise.

A few important details:

Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
Temporary accommodation only (Anmeldung not possible).
Dates can be more or less flexible.
