WG Zimmer in 2-Raum Wohnung, Fußbodenheizung-Room to rent in a shared house for a month

Hallo,

im zweiten Stock mit viel Licht gibt es ein schönes WG-Zimmer zu vermieten. Sie ist sehr nah am S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg gelegen und dennoch ruhig und mit weitem Blick über die Stadt. Es gibt eine große Terrasse, zwei Zimmer mit Eichenparkett und große Fenster.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber nur zwei S-Bahn Stationen vomo Ostkreuz entfernt, wo der Szene-Kiez von Friedrichshain losgeht.
Ansonsten ist überhaupt die ganze Stadt durch die gute S und U Bahn Anbindung zu erschliessen.
Wer ein Fahrrad hat, man braucht ca. 5 Minuten bis nach Friedrichshain 20 min bis Kreuzberg.
Der Treptower Park mit Spree oder die Rummelsburger Bucht laden zum entspannen ein!

Hello,

on the second floor with lots of light, there is a room to rent in an apartment. It is very close to the Lichtenberg S-Bahn station, yet quiet and with extensive views over the city. There is a large terrace, two rooms with oak flooring, large windows. The apartment is fully furnished. The quarter is just two stations from Friedrichshain, where you can find a lot of bars and clubs. One of the nicest clubs of berlin, sisyphos is just around and anyways all the city is really good to access cause the public transport is close.
By bike you are f.e. in five minutes in friedrichshain, where you can find a lot of clubs and scene bars.
Super nice parks to hang out and chill also are just around, like Trepower Park oder a bay called rummelsburger bucht.
