Es ist eine helle, gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung im 5. Stockwerk (ohne Lift) in Berlin Schöneberg.

Zu den Details:
- Möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was du zum Wohnen brauchst.
- Bitte keine Raucher
- 64 qm
- schnelles Wlan
- großer Balkon mit Aussicht auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge, Bäume, Vögel und Eichhörnchen
- Möbliert: großes Doppelbett, große Couche (auf der man auch schlafen kann), großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, großer Schreibtisch, Waschmaschine, kleine Spülmaschine, Küche mit allem Notwendigen (keine Kaffeemaschine), Platz um z.B. Yoga zu machen etc., Kleiderschrank, Küchentisch und Sitzecke
- Bad mit großer Badewanne und Dusche
- Hell und sonnig mit vielen Fenstern: Sonne geht in der Küche auf und im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer unter.
- Die Lage ist perfekt für Leute die mitten in Berlin und an das Stadtleben angebunden sein wollen: U2, U7, S1, S2, Busse, lässt sich hier alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen
- Die beiden Zimmer (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer) sind mit einem offenen Rundbogen verbunden, der von den aktuellen Mietern mit einem Schrank verstellt wurde, so dass sich zwei abgetrennte Zimmer daraus ergeben.
- Der Gleisdreieck Park ist gleich um die Ecke.
- Manko: Derzeit wird hier (ab und zu) gebaut! Es gibt im Moment keinen Lift , nur die Treppe in das 5. Stockwerk: also solltest du/ihr dafür fit genug sein. Das Gebäude ist derzeit mit einem Gerüst versehen. Der Hausaufgang und der Müllraum sehen deshalb auch gerade nicht besonders schön aus. Es lässt sich hier trotzdem sehr gut wohnen und wohlfühlen.
- Die Fotos der Anzeige ein bisschen älter und die Wohnung gerade etwas anders eingerichtet.

It is a bright, cozy 2 room apartment on the 5th floor (without elevator) in Berlin Schöneberg.

To the details:
- Furnished and equipped with everything you need to live.
- No smokers please
- 64 square meters
- fast wifi
- large balcony with views of beautiful sunsets, trees, birds and squirrels
- Furnished: large double bed, large couch (on which you can also sleep), large fridge, freezer, large desk, washing machine, small dishwasher, kitchen with everything you need (no coffee machine), space to do yoga etc., closet, kitchen table and sitting area
- Bathroom with large bathtub and shower
- Bright and sunny with lots of windows: the sun rises in the kitchen and sets in the living room and bedroom.
- The location is perfect for people who want to be in the middle of Berlin and connected to the city life: U2, U7, S1, S2, buses, everything can be reached here quickly on foot
- The two rooms (living room and bedroom) are connected by an open archway, which the current tenants have covered with a cupboard to create two separate rooms.
- Gleisdreieck Park is just around the corner.
- Drawback: there is currently (occasional) building work going on here! There is no elevator at the moment, only the stairs to the 5th floor: so you should be fit enough for that. The building is currently covered with scaffolding. The staircase and the garbage room don't look particularly nice at the moment. Nevertheless, it is a very good place to live and feel at home.
- The photos in the ad are a bit older and the apartment is currently furnished a little differently.
