What payment methods are available?
You can pay securely and easily by SEPA direct debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card or PayPal.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Entering your payment details is the last step before the booking is complete. There, you will find the field "Coupon code". Enter your personal coupon and click "Apply". You will see the corresponding reduced price. Confirm your booking afterwards by clicking the button "Book with costs".
How do I receive my invoice?
As soon as your booking is completed by clicking the "Book with costs" button, you will receive the invoice by email to the registered email address or the email address saved for receiving invoices.
Can I see my invoices on WG-Gesucht.de?
Yes, you can now view your invoices directly on WG-Gesucht.de under “My bookings”. Simply log in to your account. In your user area you will find an overview of all your invoices, which you can download at any time. You will also continue to receive your invoices by e-mail for the selected billing period. If you need help or have any questions about your invoices, please contact our customer service team at kontakt@wg-gesucht.de. Please include your invoice number, customer number or registered e-mail address to ensure fast processing.
Where can I view my bookings?
Your active, terminated, and open bookings are listed in the menu item My bookings.

Which terms can I choose from?
You can choose between 3 terms: 1 month, 3 months, and 12 months. For longer terms, you benefit from a discount.
Does the term extend automatically?
You will receive two notifications by email to the registered email address before the term is automatically extended. If you do not react, WG-Gesucht+ will be automatically extended by another term. If you do not want an extension, slide the "auto-renew" slider in the My bookings menu item to the left so that it is white. You will receive a confirmation about the pausing to your registered email address. Your account will then be downgraded to an account without the exclusive benefits of WG-Gesucht+ at the end of the term.

What advantages do I have with WG-Gesucht+?
WG-Gesucht+ offers exclusive additional features and professional tools that your competitors do not have. For example, your messages will always end up at the front of the advertiser’s inbox. With the digital applicant portfolio, you can make the perfect first impression. By highlighting your profile and updating your request ad daily, you draw more attention to your search. The insights into exclusive offer statistics complete the package. Of course, you can also be successful without WG-Gesucht+. However, with WG-Gesucht+ you optimise the chances of finding your new home.
Can I also book individual benefits?
Unfortunately, this is not possible now. Please write to us at kontakt@wg-gesucht.de to let us know which of the exclusive additional features are of interest to you. Based on the feedback, we may make it possible to book individual benefits in the future.

How can I cancel my WG-Gesucht+ subscription?
To cancel your WG-Gesucht+ subscription, log into your account and navigate to the "My Bookings" menu. Slide the toggle for "Auto-renew" to the left so it turns white. You will then receive a confirmation of the cancellation at your registered email address.
Can I cancel my subscription immediately, or do I have to wait until the current term ends?
After the booked term expires, the booking will automatically renew at the monthly rate, with a maximum notice period of one month for cancellation.
How will I be notified about the renewal of my WG-Gesucht+ subscription?
You will receive two email reminders prior to the automatic renewal of your WG-Gesucht+ subscription. The first reminder is sent 7 days before the renewal, and the second one is sent one day before. This ensures you are always informed and can make any necessary adjustments.
Do I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription early?
A refund is not possible, as your benefits will remain active until the end of the already paid term.
What happens to my saved data and searches after cancellation?
Your saved data and searches will remain in your account. You will continue to have access to them, but without the exclusive benefits of WG-Gesucht+.
Can I reactivate my subscription after cancellation?
Yes, you can reactivate your WG-Gesucht+ subscription at any time if you wish to enjoy the additional benefits again.
Will I receive a confirmation of the cancellation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation at the email address we have on file.
What should I do if I did not receive the cancellation confirmation?
Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact our customer service (kontakt@wg-gesucht.de) to ensure that the cancellation was successful.
Can I undo my cancellation before the current term ends?
Yes, as long as the current term is still active, you can reactivate the auto-renewal.
