We offer student accommodation (WG-Zimmer) in our privately owned and managed 3 student houses in Duisburg (Neudorf) and Mülheim. All information and application ONLY on our website www.student-room-duisburg.de

2 Places in a SHARED Room (room for 2 (TWO) Persons) on Grabenstrasse 161 in Duisburg-Neudorf.

Rent 299 EUR PER PERSON for the period April-September, from October: 320 EUR per person.

The MINIMUM rental period is 12 months.
Official rental contract with ANMELDUNG (city registration)
ONLY for students, researchers, and language course students.

The room will be provided to 2 tenants fully furnished:
- 2 x Beds 90x200 with Mattresses
- 1 big working table for 2 people
- 2 chairs
- Wardrobe

The kitchen has with all the necessary equipment.

The flat is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance from the street.

Warm rent includes the following costs per Room: Kaltmiete, all utility costs incl. Heating and Electricity.

Tenants need to pay additionally only for Internet (ca 10 EUR per person) and Radio&TV tax GEZ (3 EUR per person) directly to providers.

The warm 320 EUR PER PERSON rent includes: cold rent, electricity, utility costs and heating.

Costs for Internet (~10 EUR), and GEZ (~3 EUR) per month per room are NOT included in the rent, and need to be paid by the tenant additionally directly to the providers.

The deposit is fixed 700 EUR per Person and can be paid in 2 instalments in 2 months (350 / 350).

An official Rental contract and Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung (document for city registration) are provided.

I am the owner of the house and landlord, not a tenant.
