I'll be on vacation in the first week of Easter holidays nd want to rent out my flat during that period.
It's a lovely flat with lots of personal charm. Most of the furniture I have built myself or found in the streets. There's space for four people, a bed in one room and a mattress for the floor in the living room.
It comes with anything you would normally need, basic food stuff, towels, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. And if you should have a hangover, the flat is also equiped with a projector and a thousand sad queer books. So you can also enjoy some quiet moments in the exciting Berlin spring.
You'll notice I love plants and there are a some in every room. If you could show them some love while you're here, I'm sure they would appreciate it.
Although next to the famous sundown bridge, the flat is super quiet. It's in the backhouse and you usually only hear the birds at night. I don't know what my neighbours do, but its mostly inaudible.
For me the neighbourhood is the perfect combination of chill vibes and Berlin realness. The sundown bridge is right across the street and In summer every night a throng of people hang out here and predrink before going out. It's only five minutes by foot from the bar street weserstraße and the clubs at the spree (Club der Visionäre, Birgitt und Bier, etc.). And although it's so central, there are some beautiful green parks next to the canal, where you can take a walk, enjoy the summer air and do some people watching.
You can stay with up to four people in the flat, but I ask you to keep it down after 12 pm. And no (after)parties, the neighbours will kill me.
The dates are somewhat flexible (1-2 days) - let me know what youre dates are and im sure we can figure something out.
