Ich vermiete eine vollständig möblierte und ausgestattete 2 Zimmer Wohnung für zwei Personen im 1. OG, am liebsten an ein Paar 😍 oder sehr gute Freunde / Freundinnen. Ich (22) bin Student, demnächst im 7. Semester, und wohne mit meiner jüngeren Schwester (20), Erstsemester, über Euch, also im Dachgeschoss, von Euch völlig getrennt. So freuen wir uns auf Euch als neue, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner*Innen im Haus.

Die Zimmer sind super geschnitten. Vor Eurer Wohnungstür befindet sich Eure Gardarobe. Anschließend betretet Ihr direkt die große Wohnküche mit Esstisch, von der Ihr alle weiteren Räume der Wohnung erreicht: Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer, das moderne Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken, Badewanne, Dusche, WC und - für die Geolog*Innen unter Euch 😊 - mit echten Versteinerungen in den Natursteinfliesen. Und außerdem geht Ihr von der Wohnküche ins riesige Wohnzimmer (28 qm) mit Arbeitsbereich und weiter auf Euren Riesen-Balkon (ebenfalls 28 qm), der nur Euch gehört: Von dort habt Ihr einen herrlichen Blick auf den parkartigen Garten des Hauses, den Ihr gerne über Eure eigene metallene Wendeltreppe nutzen dürft.

Alle Zimmer der Wohnung sind voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Ich würde mich freuen, falls Dir die Möbel auch gefallen würden, so dass Du sie gerne nutzen möchtest, denn sie sollen in den Zimmern bleiben. Die Accessoires, mit Ausnahme des iPad, sind ebenfalls Teil der Ausstattung.

Here is a fully furnished but not serviced 2 bedroom first floor apartment (970 sqft) to let by two persons, ideally a couple 😍 or two very good friends. I (aged 22), your landlord, am a student at TUM, and I live with my younger sister (20), also student, above your apartment, underneath the roof, so fully separated from you. And so we would be looking forward to welcoming you as friendly, open-minded residents in the house.

The apartment is perfectly designed. Before entering it you’ll find the wardrobe. The spacious eat-in kitchen has a big dining table and access to all other rooms of the apartment: The cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, the modern bathroom with window, double wash basin, bathtub, shower, loo and - for geologists among you 😊 - original petrification in some of the chalk tiles. Last surely not least the eat-in kitchen gets you to the huge bright living room (300 sqft) with office desk and bookshelf and further in to your private balcony, again of 300 sqft. Here you enjoy a great view onto the park-like garden of the house that you are welcome to use by descending on your metal spiral staircase.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished (but not serviced), the kitchen has stove, oven, big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. It would be great you and I share the same taste on the apartment’s furniture and accessories because they (other than the ipad) are meant to be integral part of and hence stay in the apartment. In the basement you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer.
